Advocating for competitive and fair market access
CNOC advocates for competitive and fair market access on behalf of independent operators in every province — the providers that give Canadian households and businesses a real choice beyond the incumbent telephone and cable companies.
On behalf of its members, CNOC participates in proceedings before the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) and engages with the federal government on the policies that determine whether independent providers can compete: wholesale network access, fair rates, and the conditions of entry for new, regional and smaller carriers.
